Today I read a new article by Educause Evolving Technologies Committee, 2003. The article introduced the topic in terms a I could understand, and I now have a clear understanding of CMS's. I also looked at a suggested website that provides CMS software and the page allowed you to make comparisons. http://www.edutools.info/item_list.jsp?pj=8
Very Cool. My next step is to read one more article then start exploring softaware for a CMS.
